Bassetterre is on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts and is the capital city of Saint Kitts and Nevis. The islands are on the east side of the Caribbean, about 200 miles southeast of Puerto Rico and 1,300 miles southeast of Miami.
St Thomas, US Virgin Islands
The cruise port on St. Thomas is in the town of Charlotte Amalie, on the south central side of the island. St. Thomas is less than 50 miles east of Puerto Rico and about 1,100 miles southeast of Miami.
