Cruise Ships to Panama Canal

The Panama Canal was advantageously placed at one of the shortest distances between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans in Central America. Most cruises through the canal are “respositioning” cruises, between-season voyages that move ships from the Pacific Coast or Alaska to the Caribbean – or vice-versa.

Mallorca is a Spanish island, located approximately 150 miles east of Valencia and 100 miles south of Barcelona.
